Whether you need to improve your basic skills, get a GED, or obtain a skill for a career, there is a program for you at Kishwaukee College.

The Adult Education Department provides free classes in basic skills, GED preparation, and English as a Second Language. Classes are conveniently located throughout the college district. Free child care with a focus on family literacy development is available at some locations.

Assessment

Assessment is the process by which Kishwaukee College gathers evidence about student learning and institutional effectiveness. Assessment of student learning occurs at the course, program, and institutional levels and provides faculty and staff with information and data that guide continuous improvement and future planning.
