From enrollment through graduation, the Student Services Office processes and maintains your admission, registration and permanent academic records, along with safeguarding your student rights under FERPA.

The One Stop area is staffed:

  • Monday 8am-6pm
  • Tuesday through Thursday 8am-5pm
  • Friday 8am-4pm 

For currently enrolled students, important information, forms, and many of these services can be done through your myKC account by logging in and selecting the Self-Service option or choosing the student resources tab.

New Students

Admission to Kishwaukee College is based on an Open Door Policy, which means admission is open to all in-district residents of Community College District 523 who are high school graduates or the High School Equivalency (HSE) or non-graduates who will be 18 years or older during their first semester. Admission is also open to out-of-district, out-of-state, and foreign country residents. See the Kishwaukee College Catalog for additional restrictions and guidelines.

Kishwaukee College has partnered with Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for ordering all official transcripts, processing, and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of Kishwaukee College.  The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process.  Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of Kishwaukee College and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.

Enrollment and Degree Verification

Kishwaukee College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Verifications may include proof of enrollment for student loan deferments, employment, insurance, etc. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Registration Verification

To certify registration prior to the 10th day of the semester and or class start date, a student may complete the Registration Verification Request Form.

Students may verify their registration by completing the registration verification request form in one of the following ways:
