Information Technology & Media Services
The Information Technology division is a service area that provides access to technology and related services in a secure and reliable environment that empowers users to enhance lives and fulfill the dreams of Kishwaukee College Learners. The department supports 1200 workstations, more than 130 production servers, more than 500 employees and thousands of students.
Media Services supports and facilitates the application of media technology and non-print media resources to support and enhance teaching, learning, and administrative services, as well as other campus activities and events. Media Services also provides faculty, students, and staff with a variety of technology resources, equipment and services to the campus community.

When I try to login to myKC it just keeps prompting me for my username and password, but won’t let me in.

Most likely it is because your instructor hasn’t activated the class yet. Contact your instructor.
I recently changed my KishID password and now I can’t connect to KishID wifi. How do I fix this?
Your devices store your passwords automatically. You need to make them forget the old password so you can reconnect with a new one. Follow these links for a quick walkthrough:
